By focusing on increasing your levels of insulin sensitivity you will be able to extract a larger amount of energy from a smaller amount of food.
And the good news here is that having a larger amount of energy enter your system when you are eating smaller amounts of food, which translates into smaller amount of calories, is a very powerful strategy so that you can get by on a lower amount of calories. It is always about calories here and if you are consuming a surplus of calories your body is not going to be able to get you the best results. Additionally, you really do have to focus on increasing the total amount of sleep you are getting because in the absence of sleep insulin sensitivity will go down and your levels of hunger will also be drastically altered in a negative way which is not good if you are looking to get results.
